Identity Information Collected: When registering an account or initiating an itemized WhatsApp checkout order, we collect your name, email, telephone, and standard shipping coordinates. These are logged securely in private Firestore documents.
Encryption & Session Protection: We use Firebase Auth for customer sessions and security tokens. Personal data is isolated behind secure Firestore Security Rules, ensuring that clients can only read/write their own profiles and order invoices.
Third-Party Sharing: We never lease, trade, or distribute your email, telephone, or addresses to external data harvesters. Delivery details are shared strictly with verified express logistics providers (e.g. FedEx, DHL) to complete delivery.
